    Default JERICHO / TV series

I started watching the series Jericho. If you enjoy a good SHTF tv series. This is it. I have been renting the first season from Netflix and watching them from the beginning.

US is nuked in several cities. (You don't really know how or why)

Total cut off from all communications. Town of Jericho has no idea what is happening outside the tiny community.

Merceneries hired by goverment. End up becoming roving bands of bad guys.

Food drops from "China". Is is tainted and next phase of the attack?

Lots of twist and turns. Pretty good.

Yep. I'm glad it ended on a strong point though. More action in this year's abreviated season than last year.

I tried to record the last episode on my DVR but for some strange reason direct TV had another show listed, so it missed it. Thankfully I caught the last episode on CBS.com.

As for SHTF scenario, I always thought that it was odd that hollywood and the liberals at CBS would put on a TV show where average citizens use GUNS to PROTECT THEMSELVES from threats.

Who would have thought that a gun could be used in self defense. And here I thought they were just for holding up the 7-Eleven.

In a nutshell, how did it end? I taped the last show, then it got taped over before I watched it.

The ending is dissapointing at best, it sets the stage for a very interesting series of events that COULD happen if SCIFI picks it up. (I'll leave you to watch the show to decide your thoughts on it...but as someone who watched it from the beginning...it didn't mesh well with the rest of the series.) CBS will not be bringing it back so the "NUTS" campaign has headed over to scifi, hit scifi.com and the shows' discussion forum for the proper place to send feedback to scifi.

My fav show by far since the day it aired.

If you have comcast the shows "sorta" second season is still available on demand right now.
