Default "Look I don't know all the laws"

I was at a birthday party over the weekend , I knew my gf's sister had bought her first gun a few weeks ago and somone asked her if she got her "carry permit" yet.

Her: No, but I can just open carry until I get it

Me: You can't oc without a ltcf if we are under a state of emegency, in philly and you can not get into a vehicle.

Her: Look I don't know all the laws, the sheriff said I could open carry. It doesn't matter any way because my bf has a carry permit so I can hav it in the car with his permit.

I suddenly remember why I don't really have any conversations with her and I wasn't going to argue with her about it sinc she is always right

"Have fun in prison. What brand of anal lube do you prefer?"
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

    Maybe she likes anal.

My response would have been "You want to carry a gun but you don't care about the laws? You better read up...or I could explain it all to you. Only takes fifteen minutes, to be honest."

And she de holsters it. I'm all for people carrying OC and exercising that law. But can she not pass a sheriffs check for ltcf?

Some here said York allowed him to mail the app, he just had to show up in person to pick it up.

Just wondering how she thinks she's going to OC in cold weather?

I mailed the form in to York Co, show id at time of pick up. I don't know all the laws either.
