    Default Taurus 24/7 G2 .40 Compact

I've been thinking about getting a compact .40 and really like the looks and feel of the 24/7 G2, anyone here own one that can give a review? I was also looking at the taurus 840 and ruger SR40's

I missed the online special for the subcompact XD for around 430 shipped, i could kick myself for it.

I like that the 24/7 holds 11 in the small mag, i may end up with the 9mm version of this too for the wife

I had a older 24/7 Pro Compact in .40 a while back. Didn't like the feel of the trigger and hated the manual safety. Ended up trading plus cash for a Glock 23 and never was happier. Trigger feel is subjective, and IDK if they changed anything for the G2, but it did take 200 or so rounds to become reliable....

I have a co-worker with one and it's a shooter. Fits the hand, points well and hits what you shoot at. It's a nice gun.
