You should only need a 25m range. Maybe one of the 'easties' can point you in a good direction.

Also, if you don't already have a sight adjustment tool, it's a good investment.

To get it sighted for you, you'll need to do it yourself, otherwise it's really adjusted for someone elses body.

Get a sight tool like this otherwise you won't be able to adjust windage (or you'll need a hammer).

Move the sight up to hit lower, down to hit higher, right to move left, left for right.

If you can only sight in at a shorter range (20-25yds) set the rear sight to the 200 meter setting. Then when you get to a longer range the 100m elevation should be close. This works because of the arc of the 7.62 round. When the rifle is properly sighted in it shoots around 3 inches low at 25m if the rear sight is on the 100m setting.

Why do you want to sight it in at 100 meters? Sight it in at the distance you'll be regularly shooting (probably at most 50 "yards")

I saw some wrong info here, always move the rear sight the direction you want the bullet to go, or move the front the opposite direction you want the bullet to go.
