Anybody hear anything yet on the PICS "temporary outage" today? How long?

Bought a couple SIGs last Saturday and it *only* took 3hrs to get through! I'm probably going to pass on browsing shops today at this rate. Heard the system is down on another forum as well....and I hate not being able to take my new toy home right away!

Saturdays are the worst. Especially when Cabela's has a sale. I have about a 2 hour average wait on Saturdays because of PICs.

I picked up a rifle yesterday around 1:00 pm and it took less than three minutes to get the approval.

I haven't really had any delays during the week. Usually get connected right through and done. I haven't had a Saturday yet where I didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I wish PICs was online like NICs.

I got through last Saturday in 32 minutes... More than expected, but no bad (I go to an operator every time anyways so it's usually a little more drawn out in general.)

For what it's worth, listening to the scanner, cops can't run tags or licences right now either PennDot down, must be a state computer thing going on.
