    Default Gun Politics in NY

Ever since the unSAFE act passed, I've seen a lot of people here who are obviously unaware of the significant political divide between upstate and downstate. As I've said before, upstate NY is like most of PA whereas downstate is like Philadelphia on steroids.

One by one, counties have been passing resolutions against the NY unSAFE act. As you will see, this is still a work in progress, but I think it clearly illustrates how significant this political divide is.

I don't believe that many people are unaware of it, there is a discussion just about every week where someone mentions it must suck to live in a State like New York or Illinois where one city makes all the rules. We're actually gravitating towards that now with all the libs moving from their shitholes into Eastern Pa. Philly isn't quite as bad as New York City or Chicago but there are a lot of gun grabbing democrats out there.

Anything above is good, anything below is the stink emanating from the butt that is NYC. I'm talkin about you, Westchester/Yonkers!

Interesting, I saw the town of Newburgs resolution. It said the right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed under both the U.S Constitution and the Constitution of New York. I read through New Yorks Constitution and did not see anything about the right to bear arms unless I missed it. Kind of surprised me.

Doesn't matter though, I hope the judicial system in NY comes through and they throw the unSAFE act out. Good luck.
