Well I talked to some people on PAFOA that live in the general area and wanted to shoot, I will shoot them a PM and let them know of this event. As for why we have such a low turn out I think it's ammo related. Today I am going to call around and see if I can get some leads on ammo. I really don't want to shoot any ammo from my stockpile until I can replenish it some but I have set aside some for this event since I haven't shot my centerfired rifles since November or my pistols/rimfire stuff since December. Still I want to get more and really get a chance to enjoy my firearms since it might be another 5-6 months before I get a chance to shoot some of them.

May I suggest that if you guys got a hold of some common calibers (223/556, 7.62x39, 9mm, 45 ACP, 22LR, etc) and made it available for sale at this event you might have a higher turn out? Maybe since you guys have a range you have better sources for ammo than us?

That is a good idea. One other question, do you guys have a place where one can fire a pistol? I am just wondering since it seems like you guys are setup mostly for rifles and I am debating buying more 9mm for my pistol.

Currently there is no rain date, honestly didnt even think of it. But if it does rain, then I will check with the club for a rain date. Might be able to work something into June.

Well folks we are getting closer.

If you plan to attend please dont forget to sign up. If you know anyone else who might want to attend they are welcome as well. This will be open to all who have a interest in firearms.

If you know somebody who is thinking of buying their first firearm, Bring them it will be a great intro for them.

If you have a neighbor who says he/she can shoot better then you, time to put up or shut up...Bring him/her...

Lets get a good show of support for our shooting sports and hobby of sport shooting. If this year gets a good response next year WILL ONLY GET BETTER...

Bring your kids as well, I will supply a Cricket .22 for the little ones, along with a modern sporting .22 for the bigger kids. just bring some .22 to feed the rifles.

Well the day is getting closer, If interested Sign up time is getting short.

On a second thought. if there is anything you want to maybe sell that has to do with the firearms sports, post it up and bring it along.

I would suggest folks who are planning on attending maybe post what firearms you plan to bring.

1-9mm SBR
1-5.56 SBR
1-Beowulf- pending on ammo stash
1- M&P 40c
1-Cricket .22
1-22 sporting rifle

I am willing to let folks test drive them, ya just gotta feed them(provide ammo for you use).

Make sure you have eye, ear protection . I will also suggest hats and OFF bug repelant , its spring and the dang Knats are a pain in the ass.
