I was thinking about picking up rainy day gun but the capacity is 6. Is it legal to hunt pa with it? I can;t seem to find anything in the booklet....

Yes it is, as long as it is manually operated, it is good to go. The capacity is not an issue.

I think capacity comes into play in small game. I have used firearms for deer that carried a LOT more than that.

    Be safe (and crank it!).

Yea.. It is on the larger side for deer but it would be used as a bear gun as well.

I've seen it done with the blued model. Perfectly legal and WAY overkill for a 90lb doe.

As long as you are hunting in a management area where rifles are permitted.
