Highly doubt marijuana is strong enough to cause any sane human being to do that. I'd imagine it was more like meth. Just ask the guy who broke into the Spring Township building naked, through a glass window, with three cops following him.

Towards the bottom of the article, it says that his internal organs were exposed in the gash on his side. No way pot would make a man take a dive off of a fast-moving mini-van, then go running, take shots from pepper spray and tazers, all while his insides are on the outsides. It's gotta be PCP or meth.
