SB 584?
Maybe some one more savy at reading these things can explain what this bill actually means. I get daily email updates from Harrisburg about legislative actions so I can stay up to date, but I don't have any idea what this bill is trying to do.

Re: SB 584?
Seems to be an attempt to standardize the LTCF forms. Hopefully if passed it will lead to a more consistent process throughout the state, but we all know that will never happen.

Re: SB 584?
Its been awhile since I filled out one of these forms, and agree that the non family reference clause can be a pain in the ass, but was the " never committed to a mental facility" part always there? Does this mean standardization of the illegal additions like those in Philadelphia's licensing? Would or could this, if passed, be used to eliminate the illegal additions and requirements of places like Philly and others? These determinations would certainly clarify things, as I would not want to see all Philly's crap become the state standard.

Thanks, that's more or less what I thought it said but wanted to be sure.
