Default I think I got the ball rolling.

I called Rep. Ryan Aument and Rep. Lloyd Smucker today about the Florida "loophole". Ryan Aument said he would get back to me after looking into it.
Lloyd Smucker's secretary told me that what Attorney General Kathleen Kane did was only a proposal. I told her about the letters I recieved from Florida and asked her if she would like me to e-mail them to her.
She said yes and this was her reply after recieving the e-mails I sent.

    Mr. RugerNiner,

Thank you for sending this information. Our Chief of Staff is looking into this.

    Amber Boston
Office of Senator Lloyd K. Smucker
    351 Main Capitol Building
    Harrisburg, PA 17120
    717-787-6535

These are the letters I sent her.

Sorry to be so uninformed, but what exactly is the problem with this? It seems like a reasonable modification.

Is it possible for Pa residents who have been denied a LTCF in Pa could obtain one instead in FLA that would apply here? How is that a good idea?

There really ought to be a readily accessible federal license to make travel from state to state and, more importantly, through anti gun states with our guns, but frankly, I do not like the idea of residents of our state circumventing our relatively liberal "shall issue" rules for this by going to another state to obtain their license.

Maybe there is something I am missing, but if you are denied an LTCF in Pa. such that you NEED a license from another state to carry here, then what is the point of having a licensing process in the first place?

It does not matter what you want. It does not matter what society wants. It only matters that an individuals rights are not violated.

There are reasons someone may not be approved in Pa. but get on for florida. (Philly denying for speeding tickets is an easy one to point out).

While I think the states should have a say in their own laws the right to bear arms is a right we are born with and should not be infringed. This does for all our inalienable rights as pointed out in the COTUS.
    Some people just plain suck.
If you're gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough.

With a Florida license I can carry and fish in Delaware.
I'm going to request that I be kept abreast of the findings of the Chief of Staff.

You're missing that the city of Philadelphia denies people their rights and forces people to take other means to legally protect themselves. You're missing that a PA citizen that meets the same standard as a Florida citizen is being denied the same opportunity. You're missing that people in states like Maryland and New York and New Jersey will no longer have just a little bit of freedom in PA any longer because PA won't give them a license because their home state will not and they can't carry on a Florida permit now.

So the answer to my question is yes, the lctf license is completely pointless as absolutely everyone is born with the uninfringeable right to carry a firearm (concealed).

    Understood.

Do you think one should be denied a license because of an unpaid parking ticket? It happens. What would you do in that situation? I know what I would do...
