I just got the same poll in the USPS mail today from NRA-ILA.

It's a 12 question (4 page, 4 copies) that go to Casey, Toomey, and Rothfus (my district).

Will be sending it for sure.

I got a kick out of the dude in the crowd at the top of the screen holding the sign that would change it's slogan with each question answered.

I don't think the poll is for us really. ( We already know how we feel).

It is for the lawmakers to understand where we stand and how the NRA members can affect up coming elections, etc.

This poll results will go to the lawmaker's desks. (I hope anyway)

Just completed the survey. Sorry NRA, but no donation now, I just renewed myself, and bought memberships for my brother and (86 year old) mother. Yes, Mom goes to the range. Mostly shoots her Buckmark or Henry .22 rifle.

Interesting note here: I did the online survey earlier today,,,at the end I declined a donation cause I had already bought memberships for 3 other family members last month or so.

Anyway, just now (the same evening) around 9pm I get a call from guess who??

Yeah, they call at 9pm asking for a donation.... Coincidence?



I'd be interested to see if you guys would post any calls from them also.

I don't mind doing the polls,,,in fact I like it.
I don't mind giving money,,,it is good.
I don't mind them asking for money... no biggy.

BUT, I DO mind if they are using this "POLL" as a means to solicit.

I mean a poll should be just that, a poll.
(and don't call me at 9pm when I am putting my kid to bed!)
