Can anyone identify this Browning Magazine?

I bought this magazine on the left from a used bin at a LGS. The bottom plate says Browning 22lr. At first glance it looked like a Buckmark magazine, but when i got it home I realized it would not seat in the mag well. (It fit fine but would not lock into place).

It also looks different in that the sides are completely flat, it does not have the grooves and there is only 1 slot on the side. The original ma on the right of the picture has a slot on both sides of the mag.

What is this mag? Has anyone seen it before?

Possibly a Browning Medalist. I found this when Googling...

...which appears to be the same as the mag in question. However, other images that turned up in that search, do not look like that. Possible that the design changed over the years. The follower and baseplate on your mag and the mag linked to appear different than the majority of images that purport to be Medalist mags.
