I caught that one the other night. Is it just me or would anyone else prefer to have a good sword like that one chick over a gun with limited ammo?

    haha, yeah, that too.

I remember seeing the one episode when Murdock popped out of the casket, thinking that he was bound to hit something with that element of surprise. I came away disappointed.

Do you know the "why" behind it?

    For those that don't:
He was firing some type of low power blanks that didn't have enough power to cycle the weapon. Basically they gave it a realistic flash and boom but took away the realistic function.

    Just to continue the thread:
In the movie Sniper 3, Tom Berenger manages to get a "through the scope" head shot on a sniper 'with a pistol' from what appears to be over 100yds away.

I love the show but that part always bothers me.
Love the show too, but did anyone notice that not a single gun in the show, once fired, ever has any recoil?? Drives me crazy!

Incorrect. In one episode BA (Mr. T) caught a bullet and ended up getting a transfusion from Murdock.

I remember that episode, B.A. was worried that he was going to catch crazy from Murdock.
