    I got my 235 about a year ago. I just estimated all ticket dates and stated so on the app. I think I actually wrote 'all traffic violation dates are estimates to the best of my memory'.

    Didn't have a problem.

    While that nay be true. From my understanding,only a very select few can actually view the "record".

    From what Ive been told, a judge must petition to view the record of an expunged case.

    I know that NCIC, NICS and I dont even think a PICS check can view expunged records.

    Perhaps Gunlawyer can confirm this.

    It says EXCLUDING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. You do not need to list any traffic stops or citations you may have received due to those traffic stops.

    It says INCLUDING traffic violations, EXCLUDING parking tickets...
