Built my AR pistol just before the craze ! Got the AR 22 just before prices started to go crazy

its a light, streamlight tlr-1 hp i believe.

Oh man, from the photo I thought it was some muzzle device I'm not familar with....something like a sound amplifier as if AR pistols are not loud enough already

Thank you both. Primary Arms has it for $20 and I'm avoiding buying from Amazon as much as I can due to their recent anti-gun stance.
