stopped for CC no. CC means just that concealed which means hidden, no one knows you have it.... now i been stopped for OC once, but never CC.

How would they know you are carrying concealed, unless you were "printing", which is not grounds to demand ID.

Yes and it was a major disruption to my evening while they called to make sure that my license was still valid and they "ran my gun." It took about an hour.

Only once for OC. Never for CC. Cop basically said, "think of the children," and "that's f*cking stupid"

I tried being polite during the stop, but after that experience, my response will simply be, "Am I being detained? Am I free to go?"

many years ago in squirrel hill. an older overweight cop got tapped to brace me by a busybody old woman that thought i was an FBI agent and wanted to see what i was doing. she called the police and then instantly grabbed the cop after the encounter and asked him who and what i was . he was pretty unhappy about it.

he approached me and asked if i had a "permit" i said yes and he was so surprised that he was speechless for a few seconds, i then asked if he wanted to see it and he said yes, called it in and that was it.

i did go over and tell teh woman that it was none of her business and that if i had been a bad guy she and the cop might be dead, and how do you feel abot that? she ran back into her shop and loved the door.
