    I bought some 38S&W at the Bloomsburg show last year. It is quality stuff, all shot great. The owner is a great guy, I spent some time chatting with him at the table. All I did was ask what powder he recommended using to reload the 38s I bought and he gave me his exact load, including where to find a mold for the bullet.

    How local do you consider to be "local"? Fairly close to you, in Beavertown, in Snyder County, there is the Minuteman Arms Ammunition Company. I don't think they have a website, instead selling most of their products (both new and re-manufactured ammo) at gun shows. Their prices seemed to be pretty good, from my limited experience.
