Duck Hunting around Honesdale
I am retired from state employment in Vermont. In Vermont I hunted ducks on Lake Champlain and had a great time. Moving back home to Wayne County I realize duck hunting in Wayne County is limited to puddle ducks and I am finding it very difficult to get permission to hunt on these private ponds.
I am looking for a safe, ethical duck hunting partner for next fall. Through some research, I think I found a way to do some duck hunting. If you are interested, please call me at my home in Beach Lake.
(570) 729-7769
Thanks
John

Re: Duck Hunting around Honesdale
I'd love to volunteer but have never been duck hunting in my life, only bird I have ever hunted was pheasant and that was ~ 10 years ago... Although, it would be an excellent excuse to buy another gun, "Honey I am going to go bird hunting, so it looks like we are going to need another shot gun."

Re: Duck Hunting around Honesdale
If you have a shotgun, you can probably use it for duck hunting. If you need to borrow a shotgun, I can lend one to you, no problem. If you are interested, just give me a call and we can get you familiar with my shotgun. It may be something you really enjoy. Again, there is nothing here we can't work around, just give me a call if you are interested.

Use to have the old Holister dam down here in Daleville until the owner posted it last year. He got tired of all the quad riders tearing it up. No fishing, hunting or quad riding. I'll ask some of the locals around here for you.
