I checked their distributor list. They don't have any distributors in PA, but you could call the distributors to see if there are any local stocking dealers.

    Good Luck!

I have been curious about them since I saw one discussed in a magazine but am yet to actually see one in person. Might have to ask the LGS if he has ever seen one or can get one...

The design is unorthodox with the barrel at the bottom of the cylinder chamber. This requires that you follow a specific grip (shown on their website). I seriously considered one before, but in the end decided against it because I want to stay consistent with my grip when going from gun to gun. It's a non-issue if it's the only gun.

The biggest problem I have is reports of poor Chiappa customer service. Here's a recent one on the G&A Forum: http://forums.gunsandammo.com/showth...stomer-Service . You can google for more reports.

Regardless, unfortunately, I don't know where there may be one in stock.

i've seen them at tanners too but i don't know if they have any in stock right now? I think they are one of the ugliest pistols around and expensive but i haven't read any reviews positive or negative in regards to the rhino. unless your wife just wants something that looks different i would go with a SW 686 or ruger GP100 since both are proven reliable pistols.
