    Default Where are Five-seveN?

I know they prices are ridiculous. But im still looking to buy one. NO STORE HAS THEM, OUT OF STOCK ONLINE. Does anyone know any way to get them? Or is the only options wait or pay sky rocketed auction prices?

This has to be one of the worst times to be a gun owner/buyer.

Gee our FN 5.7's have their very own bill. When I bought mine more than half of what I read about them was negative. Too much plastic, cost too much, go buy a 22 mag. now it is a whole different story. I love my and carry it often.

You got me to thinking. I have had a 22 Mag cylinder for my Ruger revolver for 20 years and never shot a 22 mag round. I used the pistol for silhouette shooting so I only shot 22 LR out of it. I was curious what it would do with a 30 grain magnum load I had setting around. I was a little surprised. I am not into the 22 protection rounds but, if I was, it makes me wonder how effective the new 22 Mag 30 grain gold dot would be compared to the 5.7 especially looking at the cost and availability of 5.7. Looking at a 5.7 case, it clearly is set up for higher performance but if they are hard or get or cost a lot, it may be bird in hand theory. Oh well, just sayin'......

French Creek Outfitters in Phoenixville, PA had a used one at their rental counter. That was about a month back and I think the price was between $800.00-1,200.00, but I'm not sure so don't quote me on it.
