Anyone going to the rally at the courthouse on Saturday Feb 23rd? It will be held on the Washington Ave side of the courthouse at 12 noon. I'm going to try and make this rally, hope to see some of you there.

On Saturdays you can park on the streets without feeding the meters, so basically anywhere

If I am reading that correctly I CAN carry since this is outside.
