'Not claiming to be an expert but, as you say, this is outside and licensed CC shouldn't be a problem.

IMO, OC might be a problem, both from a PR standpoint and possible legal issues. Elsewhere on this forum there's a thread regarding an interpretation by the sheriff's office that a complaint of OC by someone (in county parks) would be viewed as "disturbing the peace", resulting in being asked to leave the property.

Open carry isn't a problem. The sheriff is a moron. The park issue was settled a long time ago, by my fiance and others. The sheriff now knows that the "disturbing the peace" bit won't fly.

'don't recall seeing in the tread that there's been a resolution to the "disturbing the peace" issue but glad to see that there's been one.

Good topic for the upcoming Lackawanna County Sheriff ballot, if there's still an elected sheriff position on the Nov ballot.
