I will say this... Does anybody think George Washington would have cancelled the revolution because children were standing in the middle of the battlefield? The American Revolution was fought through the Effing towns.

Article mentioned Cambria and Fayette counties, but I haven't heard of anything actually scheduled yet.

It was on the 5:00 news. He was in Philadelphia today and WGAL did a report on his comments. I heard that come out of his mouth about large handgun bullets being banned.

Fayette, really? There's not a whole lot of gun murders in Fayette County, I dont see why he would be going there... Id put major money that he'd be heavily out-numbered if he shows up there... I know ill be in attendance!!!

Thanks, i have no doubt he said it, I am just hoping to find the clip. He has a habit of being accidentally honest at times, so these comments would make sense in that regard. The more I hear him talk, the more it seems like he has a shotgun fixation or fetish. He is definitely a little off.

People of York County should be OUTRAGED at Police Chief Thomas Hyers making absolutely false statements that "these weapons are killing scores of people", that has me so mad my hands are shaking as I type this!!! You guys should be picketing at his police station everyday, and demanding that he speak the truth!!! Unbelievable!!!

The big bore bullets he is talking about are .308,.223 and any other rifle round that was ever used in a pistol. This would make all the grandfathered modern sporting rifles useless.
