I told them they should focus on violence in general because that way regardless of the tool, no one gets hurt. They didn't like that, I was told it's impossible to remove violence in society, yet they think it's possible to remove all the guns and that will solve the problem.

Great job to all who went. I would give anyone a chance, you never know when you will find a mind that is willing to be unlocked. Render them obsolete with the truth.

Facts are good, as I have been throwing them out to anti's, politicians, co-workers,etc. But now it's time to couple facts with going on the offense, I'm tired of playing defense all the time.

IE- why are you denying women the right to defend themselves? I used this on a guy at work and it made him "snap". Threw facts out how women are usually the targets of rapes, muggings, home invasions,jogging through a park...and obviously a 100 lb woman is defenseless against a 220 Lb male. Why are you against women defending themselves? Why are you against women defend their children? Also, so women should not have guns because they are unstable once a month? Why do you support such drastic measures? Boy oh boy, did that get him going! He freaked....called me a racist, bigot out of touch radical. It's amazing the look on the faces of the people listening as they saw his tone change. Keep thinking of ways being on the offense and we will win this battle.
