Savage 110 30-06 lefty

Hello. I am new to this forum and look forward to stopping back frequently. Here's my problem. I am a lefty with a savage 30-06. Can not find a synthetic stock for it. I've had one backordered for quite a while at midway. I read an old post somewhere that the stock for a left and right are the same. All you have to do is cut out for the bolt on the left and fill in the cutout on the right on a right hand stock. True ? any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

That is true; the left and right hand guns are the same inlet save for the bolt handle cut. if you want a proper left-hand stock, check out Stockade Stocks. I've purchased two from Kevin thus far and have been pleased.
