Revolver work near KoP?
I would like to get new sights installed on a S&W 617. The stock sight is not great and I was thinking maybe fiber optics or at least something that is not plain black.
Does anyone know of a good gunsmith in the area who does that kind of work?-Tom

Re: Revolver work near KoP?
I can't recommend a 'smith because I did the work myself, but I will recommend using a Protocall Design .100 wide orange FO front sight and a taller .146 factory rear blade. The extra side light and deeper notch really help my tired old eyes...

Re: Revolver work near KoP?
John Robinson has done a lot of work to a few revolvers I have, he's now in horsham at Clayton's... He's the only guy I'd trust to work on my wheel guns!
