Default LGS and gun show Nagant revolver prices and availability?

Anyone know what the market is currently like for Nagant revolvers? Are they available at shows or LGSs in the midstate? How are prices?

Saw AIM has surplus ammo in stock, which got me thinking about them again. I haven't priced them in over a year though. Last I knew, they were $100-$130 all day long at shows. Can't say I recall seeing many (any?) at the Lebanon show, but then again, I wasn't thinking about one then.

I bought one at the last Reading Expo show and paid around 130.00 otd but I didnt need a pics check because I have a C&R. It was caked in cosmoline. There was only one person there that I saw that had ammo for it. I got about 60 rds.I didnt have a chance to shoot it yet, more of a novelty item.

$99-$150 is what I'm seeing. Ammo harder to find. I found a revolver at a LGS the other day for $130 OTD and the shop had ammo in stock.

The AIM ones are reasonably priced if you have a C&R. Ammo; can use reworked 32-20 cases and the Nagant dies, but check to see if the cylinder will revolve with 32-20 cases before going any further. One of mine will, the other will not. The extra few thousands of an inch thickness is too much for some of the Nagants when the collar that pushes the case forward on cocking to make the gas seal, jams. You can reduce the thickness of the ram by some careful file work if necessary, but do have to disassemble the pistol.

Equally, I have used 32 long cartridges (my own reloads) without any problems. The cases swell, but I have reloaded some five or six times without trouble. There is a Korean manufactured 32 ACP cylinder that usually requires fitting to each gun, as the ratchet angles often differ. Mind you I purchased mine when they were $80 delivered on a C&R. Dave_n

Almost bought one last summer at LGS for $150. It was in nice shape with a flap top holster. Haven't seen one since. DOH!!!

Thanks everyone, that's what I was hoping to hear. I figured if they can still be had for less than $150 OTD, I'll keep thinking about getting one. I do like the option of shooting other .32 rounds out of it. Might have to stop by the Bloomsburg show and see what they have.

Cabelas has been doing a good job stocking the nagant ammunition. They usually have about 20 boxes on the shelf.Wish they could do the same with 22 LR

Just left Saurers in south williamsport and he has 3 in stock with holsters and cleaning kits for $200 a piece. Not the best price I have seen but I haven't seen one in a while and they looked pretty nice.

Prior to the recent increases they were $125 at the shows. I bought mine here for $100. Ammo averages $7 per 14 round box of surplus ammo.
