The way I see it is that if they are charging a high school student for tweeting about blowing up a school for "terroristic threats" that the same could be for him... You do NOT have to agree with a persons opinions but , being in broadcasting, you cannot say you would blow someone up. Think they should charge this fool for the same as they did to the student. A threat, either actual or implied, is still a threat.....

Well I still haven't tracked down screen shots yet...but 105.9 the X has removed the entire thread from their Facebook page....seem like Clear Channel(?) doesn't have Tim's back on this.

Seems like the First Amendment is pretty straightforward. It is OK for Tim Benz to criticize you for wanting to protect your rights but it is not OK to criticize him for wanting to take them away from you. Or so it would seem according to these idiots.
