    No problems in Pike cty, receivied notification 7 weeks prior, sent in all documents 1 week later. Received letter of approval for renewal 2 weeks to the day, then had to wait an extra week when the pics system was down. hats off to Sheriff Bueke and his staff. Excellent people to deal with.

    Did you actually receive a renewal application, or merely a "reminder"?

    I received the renewal notice along with the renewal application and instructions. Filled them out that night and had them in the sheriffs Office the next afternoon.

    And that is as it should be.

    Northampton County, however doesn't appear to be following the law.

    Yes, and my sheriff's office is good about it.
