    Enjoyed some nice beers last night, two of my friends decided to each get me a bomber each for the holidays, which I immediately cracked open (already at the correct temp) and the 3 of us enjoyed them together. Now just have to figure out what bottle of beer to get each of them.

    really really liked the Shmaltz, both were good and would drink them again, but i think between the two the Shmaltz edged out the Elysian this time

    of course, thats why it has a "best after" date instead of "best by" =)

    I got my brother the 2014, we considered opening it on xmas eve but decided to keep aging it.
