even the line for powder was about 40 deep.

didn't see any dan wesson CCOs, so i came home empty.

I bought an FDE Glock 17 Gen 3 NIB.

I was looking at a used G17 Gen 4 at another table and the shop said they would take my info an a deposit and call me when I got approved. They were taking upwards of 1 hour to get to an operator for approval. I walked on that deal since I couldn't come back tomorrow.

Went 5 isles over, found the FDE G17 sat down and 30 minutes later I was walking away with my new gun in hand! I'm not sure what this deal was, but I wasn't going to complain!

$2000 Saga 12's and $1500 AR-15's were all over the place, but there were reasonable deals to be found if you took the time to shop. I also saw $600 cases of .223 and people were carrying away multiple cases!

Did anyone see King Shoote Supply? I was looking, but I may have missed them.

To the guys and gals who went today: How are the deals on accessories and such? Are there dealers with holsters at good prices? How about odds and ends like snap caps and gun cases? Are there deals on guns like the Bersa .380 and others in the same class. I have a friend who is looking for his first gun. We were planning on going Sunday, I may have talked him out of it. Should we ever bother?
    Some people just plain suck.
If you're gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough.

Thanks for the info man, much appreciated.
Did you make it there tonight?

There was an elderly white male in the main hall as soon as you enter, to the right against the wall. He was buying and selling WW2 memorabilia.

He had an American (Bunder something) Nazi armband in his case. He said he is always looking to buy similar items.

If you know anyone going Saturday, have them buy you 1 day passes before they leave. With these you don't have to wait in the long line on Sunday, just go right to the front and show the pass to get in. Same price $10 or $9 with a coupon.

Some people bought them earlier Friday and breezed right in. I got there around 2 pm and was about the 85th person in line.

Bought some accessories. Thought the prices were about average. A lot of mags to be had. Some prices better than others.

I was there. The good lots of guns! Lots of accesories!
There were some decent prices, and defiantly some horrible prices too.
Ammo, forget about it, priced higher then at the range.
Deals could be made if you hustled, saw a lot of handguns for about the same price as most local gun stores, but I also saw some blatant ripoffs. You got to be savvy. I wanted to get a rail mounted flashlight/laser combo for my home defense gun. Some vendors there were charging 125 to 250 for the same model.
I sat down and talked to a guy who wasn't getting a lot of action at his booth and I ended up getting 2 stun guns and the combo light laser that I wanted for 125 out the door! A quick check of eBay and amazon and I actually saved about 35 bucks or so. I probably wouldn't have normally bought the stun guns, but my wife refuses to carry a firearm, as well does a buddy of mines wife, and the often go on buisiness trips together, so at least one of then would have one.
A quick check to the legality, and the few places they are prohibited, you would want them the most. But there is plenty of places where they are perfectly legal, and not the safest places for our wife's, so I call it a score.

I thought the show was overpriced from the get go. As soon as one walks in, it does not take long to figure out the prices are jacked.

I won't be going to the next on in May, I think it is.

I bought a couple more ammo cans, good deal on those.

Other than that I probably should have stayed at work. At least i would have been a little more productive.lol
