Default The wonderful Route 6 Range

Did a pass through at Route 6 today to check the conditions, found this. Why am I even surprised?

I was contemplating heading up there. Glad I didn't waste my time. Too windy anyhow.

Taken from the Pennsylvania Game Commission website
"And with stable benches, large backstops and well maintained grounds, they're great places to sight-in your rifles, test ammunition and hone your shooting skills."

Not for nothing but we had almost hurricane force winds today. It could have a lot to do with that and the fact that the wood was weakened due to bullet holes.

I know I'm being theoretical here, but it was my understanding that the reason for the yearly range fee was to help pay for the upkeep. I think a call would be a reasonable thing.
    ...and they have a plan...
