FFL recommendations for internet deals...

Hey guys...looking for some insight as I'm relatively new to the area.

I'm getting really tired of driving in circles looking for in-stock firearms, calling up shops and having the guys "look it up for you....ahh, no, sorry...backordered, out of stock...blah, blah".

I am looking for your recommendations for a nice and hassle free FFL in the Greencastle area to rely on for internet deals. I have read stories about FFL's trying to "beat your price", calling you a numbnut for buying "xyz brand vs. glock vs. colt" or hassle about hours, etc. and it is scaring me away from making some purchases online.

As many of you guys probably do, I scour the internet for that perfect piece in stock at the right price, but I want to be able to hit the "add to cart" knowing I can plug in the FFL info and let it fly with confidence.

Any detailed advice would be great...and of course, I'll throw in your name as a referral when I go pick up my purchases.

Info I would like would be:
- Name, address, hours, email and phone number
- Transfer fees
- Your experiences
- Should I call them before, let them know they will be my FFL of choice...then buy online?

Any help would be appreciated...also, if anyone sees decent target 9mm ammo under $25 a box consider buying a lotto ticket.

Jack Heckman is a good guy to deal with. His business is home based, his fee is $17, I usually just hand him $20 and go on my way, he could raise his prices and still get my business.

Millers Meats in Marion, (halfway between Exit 10 and Cebco) has a 01 FFL and charges ten bucks, but he's only open evenings Wednesday-Thursday-Friday.

Cody Shank of Franklin Arms Co. who works out of his house in Marion is a great guy to deal with...very responsive, quick to call, text or email when your order comes in and easy to find.
