    I totally missed this thread. My family moved to Hemlock Farms from the city 6 years ago, I live with them still so technically I am a resident. It's an excellent place to live but the rent a cops are indeed overzealous. However it's nice knowing if the alarm is tripped they can be here in 5 minutes or less.

    I moved here in 2004. I like it for the most part. A little expensive between dues and taxes compared to the rest of the area but all in all a nice place to live.

    Dues are quite costly and at times I wish they spent the money better. They spent $1 million on a new bath house for the pool and another million on a truck that is used for digging draining ditches yet the gym goes neglected....

    Bought a nice little place up there last summer. Need to find a good range/friendly farmer with land thats close.

    dont forget the trash cans now have to be stored somewhere out of sight basically. Im going to find the 10 feet mark put up a sign that says ten feet and leave them on the other side.
