Walnutz has made a simliar post on the attendance plans of individuals for this rally.

However this is to clarify:

When: Friday, February 8, 2013 - 10AM
Where: Your State Capital Building
Why: Support of The Second Amendment

This rally will be taking place at every single state capital building in the USA at 10am
on Friday, 2/8/13. Lets not be like the rest of America in complaining about why others
haven't fixed what we just let lay there broke. Its time to put in work for your own
benefit, so plan to attend.

To mods...can you stickie and put a banner above the forum in RED? I know it was cold as hell on 1/23/2013 Harrisburg rally. However, we needs THOUSANDS to show up at this rally....

As far as I can gather, it is merely a show of force if you will. As Walnutz has mentioned, this was organized and spread solely through social media and word of mouth. Some of the "bigger" youtube personalities on firearms if you will (Hickok45, FPSRussian, Nutnfancy) have mentioned this as a way of perhaps bypassing media and opponents to the 2nd amendment... Although we are all fully aware everyone has access to youtube and surely others are aware of this NATIONAL event.

As far as OC during the rally, I'd have to say thats your choice. Again, my understanding is this is all a numbers game. If there are 100s or thousands of people within the same area out front of the capital - Those entering know exactly who we are and what we stand for - Pro gun, so the bigger the turnout, the better. I don't believe we are there to get loud and rowdy but I can't speak for anyone but myself.

Thats the best info I can offer based on what I've gathered. See you there (I'll be the guy wearing SOLDIER UP [my user image] with a couple other guys wearing the same.).

I'm open to the event, I just cant figure out why the gun community at this point in the game isnt being completely unified by the NRA. All it takes is a national email from them saying we'd like you to attend such and such on this date.
I received an orange card in the mail from them yesterday telling me to call my senators to oppose the AWB ban and magazine restrictions, I'VE BEEN DOING THAT FOR WEEKS! Come on man.....
