Hmmm... I was asking about rifle ranges relatively near Philly in another therad. What kind of range is LRGC? Do they have anti-CCW rules? Rounds-in-mag rules?

dgg9- There are no CCW rules AFAIK. There will be rules about open carry during TheRallyPoint event. Only the RO are allowed to open carry.
If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Re: Langhorne shoot coming
DGG9...Just signed on this board and saw your query.
LRGC has no open or concealed carry restrictions, other than to keep it in the holster.
If you are a member, and the line is essentially clear (only your group of members/shooters with a Safety Officer assigned from amongst you) you can even practice safe draw and fire with movement. There are a fair amount of rules, mostly all safety oriented.
There is the usual problem with the neighbors, who moved in 500K homes after the range was 'old', encroaching on the porperty lines, so Class III (auto) guns are not permitted. .50BMG is still permissable.
The club grounds are available to members from 9 AM till legal dusk (as published in the PA Game News) unless a scheduled event under the lights, such as TRAP on Thursday nights, till 9 PM.
Check out lrgc.org
The 100/200 yard range is open for "public" hi-power CMP on the third Sunday of the month.
Trap every Thursday from Noon til 9, First Sunday and Fourth Saturday.
Stop in and check out the place

Re: Langhorne shoot coming
This is an OLD thread, but just wanted to let people know that I WILL NOT be organizing any Rally Point shoots until the new year. I don't want to have to deal with all the hunters sighting in rifles at this time of year. We're working on a New Jersey and Maryland shoot, but another Pennyslvania one may happen as soon as early January.
