Walmart in Westfall/Milford to sell guns again
I stopped in the store today and started a conversation with an associate in the Sporting Goods department. The store was suppose to start selling firearms again after 4 years of not selling. This was suppose to start around January 30th but a slight delay is pushing it to the first half of February. This is great news. I also asked him if there was anything to it regarding Walmart not accepting ammo shipments. His response was Walmart was asked, but the company did not respond to the request. 60 boxes of .223 came in today. Shelf still pretty bare after this past weekends gun show down the road from Walmart.

Re: Walmart in Westfall/Milford to sell guns again
Local Walmarts out here haven't changed their ammo prices at all recently. Keeping stock in 9mm and .40S&W is a challenge, but its always been a challenge in those calibers. Pretty popular boollits around here.
Shotgun ammo is still pretty low, too. But then, they don't generally carry alot outside of bird/target loads until we get back closer to deer season, and that's a good bit of time away....."When I hit it, I expect it to fall the hell down and die!"

Re: Walmart in Westfall/Milford to sell guns again
As of 430 today they have 10 boxes of some .380. Looked like 2 boxes rem umc .357, and a box or two of .44 mag.. Some .270 and Another odd rifle rouund, and some 30-06, 30-30 all hunting stuff.
Was hoping to find some .300 win mag and 9mm, .40, .45acp.
Earlier in the week picked up some .40hp and 9mm HP bullets, along with some powder. Figured might as well stockup the reloading supplies as well. Couldnt find the .223/5.56 dies in stock, so the hunt continues...
OH the .380 was $15 and change a box of 50. Think it was tmc or something like that. was notwinchester or remington, but in a blue box.
