    Only problem with that is that it's still bullshit. Declaring it 'county property' in no way allows them to circumvent preemption.

    I agree but so far they are using that excuse and getting away with it. I imagine once the law passes that holds people personally accountable to the UFA maybe somebody will press the issue in court.

    Nope. Nothing like that.

    Just a resolution saying the Borough supports Criminal Mayors Against Guns.

    It offended me to see Madam Mayor out in Harrisburg. I'd like to find out if Borough resources were used to fund that trip. Any suggestion on going about that?

    GREAT! West Chester is turning into Philly!

    What's the point of West Chester even trying to pass (an illegal) law about what people are carrying anyway? Wasn't the last shooting in town in 2006 or something? Seems like an irrelevant law.
