Just purchased a TAURUS PT 740 SLIM and was looking for thoughts and ideas on accessories like an ankle holster, extended mag, etc.

Good luck with the extended mag. I don't think anyone makes one, other than Taurus. $$$ for one through them. If you can't find an extended mag, just carry a regular size spare.

I had a 709. It was a good gun. The blueing was thin but otherwise flawless.
Pearce can extend your grip but not capacity.

Any recommendations on the ankle holster?

Sticky is modular. Get the pocket/iwb clip less and use alone or with their ankle attachment.

Just by looking at the picture of the ankle biter does that go inside the shoe or am I seeing things?

You're seeing things lol. A brown boot would have made a better picture lol.
The ankle piece wraps around the holster an compresses it in place.

I do not personally. I do know their holster works very well.
I would buy the combo and if the Ankle Biter sucks. Return it and get the Galco. But you would still have a quality pocket/iwb clipless for other carry options.

It doesn't look like Galco makes an ankle glove for the PT740, otherwise that would have been my recommendation. As far as designs go I'd opt for the ones with a snap instead of Velcro. The snap on my ankle glove makes drawing one handed a breeze. I'm not too sure I'd like the Velcro.
