I. Just. Saw. One. On. The classifieds. Here. On PAFOA. I think it. was. A PSA dissipator upper. A used one. will be your. best bet IMO.

likely story, a friend placed an order with them mid december around the 16? and hasnt been able to get in touch with them via email or phone about status, but they put an authorization on his card for the amount, but these authroizations run out of time i believe...

I have been looking and they sell out so fast when they do get them in stock. I decided to built one, I picked up a stripped upper and have been looking at the different barrels. There are still a lot to choose from. The only problem will be finding a BCG but not all uppers come with one so, that will be an issue either way.
I dont need this rifle so i am in no rush but i hate sitting on an unfinished gun.

As expensive as uppers are right now (Without a BCG mind you, on quite a few of those that are floating around), feels like it'd just be better to sit and wait for prices to stabilize again.
