Guns Across America is having rallies at the capital buildings in every state on Saturday , Jan. 19th 2013 . The Pennsylvania rally will be held at the Capital Building at 12 noon . I know many are planning on going on the 23rd , but , if you are on able to attend that one , or can attend both , it would be good to see as many as possible there .
