    In Allegheny County, it took 2 weeks from the day I filled it out until the day I was able to get it.

    For mine and my girls both it was 13 days from the day it went into mailbox till the time it came out. Westmoreland county.

    Washington County is issued on the spot. I parked the car and was in and out with mine in hand in under 25 minutes.

    Current and first LTCF: York County. Took me 3 weeks.

    About to find out about Dauphin County soon. Wife is going to get her LTCF. Mine's not due for another year yet.

    I sent my renewal in on a Friday and the following Thursday I got notification by USPS to come in for my new LTCF.

    Wife sent her new application in yesterday, we'll see about a new app. Renewal's in Armstrong County, if done in person, are same day.
    The original point and click interface was a Colt Peacemaker!

    Not long at all. I had gotten my app. a few days earlier and filled it out at home. Was in the office 10 - 15 minutes max.
