NEED HELP LAWYERS SOUTHWESTERN PA

I am in need of a civil right lawyer in south western pa to advise me on and possibly represent me on a 4th amendment violation that occured on 12/5/12.
I would like to avoid the ACLU route, the thought of which makes my skin crawl, but being disabled and on a fixed income I dont have the funds required to fight thuis legal battle. If anyone has some direction to piont me it would help me out alot. And I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas this year thats why I prefer to avoid the ACLU.

I am having trouble sleeping worried if i am going to get the "Your LTCF has been revoked" letter in the mail.
