    Thumbs up 2nd Amendment Preservation Act - Support Chief Kessler!

    I am asking all forum members to consider supporting Gilberton Police Chief Mark Kessler in his proposed 2nd Amendment Preservation Ordinance that he will be proposing on January 24th. More info here - http://blog.princelaw.com/2013/01/14...ion-ordinance/

    I dig the verbiage and wish PA would adopt one of these state wide. However, would this be considered a form of Preemption violation ?? (serious question) ...
