Long range precision shooting schools

I see a lot of you are interested in these types of training.

Well Academi (Blackwater) offers classes to get you out to 1,000 yards on their 1200 yard known distance range.

Precision rifle 1 and 2

$715 isn't really inexpensive but where are you going to go to zero your rifle from 100-1000 yards and spend some time learning the tricks of long distance shooting. Mil-Dot ranging, wind, Data book use, speed shooting and moving target shooting to name a few exercises they put you through.

They also offer pistol carbine and shotgun classes which are all taught by active and retired LE and military personnel.

Here are a few others I ran across some what close by.

Central Virginia Tactical Which looks interesting and a little closer than Academi in Moyock NC.

T1G down near Memphis Tennessee Looks like a combat, defensive pistol school. 2,500 rounds in three days, I'm a liking what I'm seeing.

There were a couple others run by idiots that I wouldn't waste my time on or suggest to anyone on the board. There is one particular guy in WVa if he is still in business that is a literal joke through out the shooting school community.
