Delco/Philly/Bucks Militia - Forming Now

Hello all,

I am founding a militia in SE PA with several of my friends and other close allies. We will defend ourselves and the people should an unconstitutional dictate come out of Washington for the confiscation of firearms or any other liberty related issue or takeover, by a foreign or domestic aggressice force. There will be a monthly meeting, as well as training, in various areas, for those who need it. We have retained an attorney to represent us in any legal endeavor and to defend any of our members should the need arise. All law abiding patriots are welcome to join. You must be able to own a firearm. If you do not own one, a long rifle will be give to you from the armory through one of our members who is an FFL, you will have your choose among several models, currently we have a surplus of WASR-10s. We are also pulling resources and stockpiling 30round mags. We will be storing firearms, ammunition, food, water, medicine, and related supplies. We are leasing an area of land for the armory, storage, meeting and training grounds. For security purposes, these areas will remain secret until official formation and induction is complete.

If you are interested in joining, reply to this thread with your email or send an email to mystikast@gmail.com. A background check will be done, at no cost to you, before you are officially a licensed militiamen in accordance with the PA constitution.

This is not something to be taken lightly. You will swear an oath to uphold the constitution, and you will be expected to defend it with your life, should the judicial process fail us. Thank you all. May you live free.

Do you have a valid PA LTCF and are you currently under any charges? Your post history suggests both, neither, either/or, and all of the above.



All members please do research before you reply. And to the OP, I understand your ideas and would support them if you had a post history that was more.. consistent.


No offense intended Myst, I would just like (and I think you would too) any potential people defending the constitution in Pennsylvania to be "sleuthy", or at least well informed.

I was considering this until I read your thread history.

Are YOU legally allowed to own firearms? I see you said you were arrested for Felony Burglary and had your LTCF revoked. I fear that the back ground check your conducting is nothing more then getting my address so you can stake out my house and steal my guns.

I also find it suspicious that someone who was a "Special Agent" at age 20 is interested in a forming a militia.

I dunno, but apparently it's "in accordance with the PA constitution".

Maybe you get a License To Be A Militiaman (LTBAM).
