Gotta add a few more points. reduce the top speed. If regulated speed limit is 65, make top speed 65. OHH And lets regulate 0-60 times to no faster then say 11 seconds. This would conserve fossil fuels, and less robbery by opec and exxon/mobil.

Oooh. Wait, let me pretend I'm an anti-gun person for just a sec.......ahem....

Yeah, but even then someone who shouldn't be driving a car (no license, drunk, crazy) will get ahold of one and crash it into a crowded school bus stop.

The only way to save the children is to ban cars outright! By presidential executive order if we have too. Even if it prevents one automobile death it will be well worth it. And we need to ban race car video games too that glorify going fast. And ban NASCAR and all other forms of racing. Only the police and military need to go fast.

After all, the founding fathers rode horses or walked when they wrote the constitution. Had they realized modern technology would result in turbocharged sports cars or two door cars with alloy wheels and these shoulder things that go up, they would never have written the constitution the way they did.

    man that sounds stupid.

When cars are outlawed only outlaws will get to work on time.
