Re: Harrisburg 23JAN2013 - Part 2 - ACTION!!
It was a great turnout and I enjoyed my first political rally. I enjoyed meeting a number of you and I wanted to thank the organizers for their efforts.
Some may find this interesting: A friend of mine and I stopped by a number of our Legislator's offices and left messages. We actually had a good/civil discussion in Andrew Dinniman's office with two members of Cease Fire PA - the two of us and the two of the CeaseFire members showed up at the same time. Dinniman's Legislative Director, Martin Indars, invited us to all sit and have an open conversation. I'm not sure we convinced the Cease Fire Pa folks entirely about our rights for having whatever types of guns and magazines we feel is appropriate, but nevertheless we listened to their opinions, exchanged ideas, and ultimately they invited us to join in a broader discussion with them at a later date.
All in all, a good day getting out with other citizens and letting our voices be heard.
Thank you all,
Larry

Glad I was able to attend. I heard a lot of great, calm, discussion coming from our side, I was amazed at the vitriol and emotional responses by ceasefire pa. It was also sad to see that the ceasefire crowd was older, retired church goers who were bussed in with the promise of a free tee shirt and lunch. They were a lot of Jewish folks. My guess was a bus from a synagogue. You would think these folks would understand why you don't want registration and confiscation more than anyone.

Re: Harrisburg 23JAN2013 - Part 2 - ACTION!!
I can't make the gathering this month.
I am praying for no AD's. Use restraint for the liberals who will most likely show up. No fisticuffs.. Keep cool.
Remember you are our ambassadors.
If anything goes wrong the liberal media will jump on it.
Amen.
