I agree but I didn't want to rain on the parade too soon in the thread. A court must decide if a law is unconstitutional. Until then you are exercising your 1st amendment right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, engaging in protest or obeying the law passed by duly elected representatives.
For example, Obamacare is plainly unconstitutional, but it was passed by congress, signed by the president and the SCOTUS said no its not. Those who participated in its creation and continued existence were punished by the voters and we now have a completely new congress, president and court. But Obamacare is still a law, a bad unconstitutional law but still a law.
